For the purposes of this policy, "Operators" are moderators of Kireza. They may have access to certain data of Kireza, depending on the trust, experience, and seniority granted to them by Headquarters Staff (internal team of Kireza, responsible of the management, development, and overall coordination of the application and community, hereinafter "HQ Staff").
By using Kireza, you agree that the following information may be collected and processed.
--> All logs and data are stored securely and access is restricted to authorized staff.
Data are stored in France with OVHcloud services. OVHcloud acts as a data processor in accordance with the GDPR and provides appropriate guarantees regarding security and compliance.
Your data may only be accessed from other countries by authorized staff. It is not otherwise shared internationnaly.
Your informations may be stored within guild specific data.
Storing personal information about you without your authorization is not allowed under the Terms of Service. You may report any abuse by contacting Kireza Staff (see Section 5 - Contact)
Operator Interactions
Using an Operator-only feature (command, button, etc...) also generates a log, stored in a separate file.
We store a cookie to keep you logged in securely; it contains only a technical identifier and expires after 7 days.
This data is used to provide you access to the dashboard for every guild where you are an administrator.
We also use anonymous data for statistical purposes; no personal data is included.
Please note: If you request the complete deletion of your data, Kireza will no longer be able to function for your account, as certain identifiers are necessary to provide the service and ensure moderation and debugging integrity.
As a result, the deletion of all your data will lead to the permanent loss of access to Kireza by a ban. We will retain your Discord Identifier in our Ban Registery, which cannot be deleted. This is not a sanction, but a technical consequence of your request.
In addition, under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability (where applicable).
Data Access
Not all Operators can access your data. Only a limited number of Operators, chosen by the Kireza HQ for their seniority, trust, and experience, may access a restricted version of logs. The use of any command granting access to logs or any type of data is tracked, and any abuse is sanctioned.
Operators cannot access Operator Logs or Premium Logs.
Kireza HQ members have near-full access to all the data of the application.
User Floky_X, application's founder and main developer, have full access to all logs and data.
