By adding the Kireza application to any server, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms.
These terms apply only to the Kireza application, whose full username is Kireza#9064.
The user (server owner or anyone with administrator rights) is fully responsible for the use of the application on their server. This also applies to any actions performed through the application.
The Kireza Staff is not responsible for any misuse, malicious actions, or errors arising from the use of the application on a third-party servers. You are therefore required to use Kireza responsibly and in compliance with Discord Terms of Service.
Any violation may be subject fo sanctions.
The Kireza Staff will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
The Kireza Staff will strive to maintain the bot in a stable and functional state to the best of our abilities, but no guarantee of continuous availability is provided.
In case of disputes or issues, you can join our Discord Server and we will do our best to assist you.
Data Collection
The application may record technical data to ensure proper functionality and to help resolve issues.

No data will be sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes.

It is strongly recommended to use the command /kirezatoggle off (administrator-only) to temporarily disable the bot and prevent further issues, until the problem is resolved.
Updates to the Terms
These terms may be updated at any time by the Kireza Headquarters.
Major changes may be announced via changelogs, but it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
Continued use of Kireza constitues tacit acceptance of these updates.
